Shipping Policy

We ship across India and want your order to reach you quickly and safely.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time — Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners.

Shipping charges — Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may carry a nominal shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — COD is available on eligible orders across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Order tracking — You'll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check order status by emailing jassajewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

Delays — While we aim to meet the timelines above, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier network issues, weather, or regional disruptions beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
